Visioning and master planning for a quarry end-use. Reclamation and adaptive reuse strategies were explored for the sand and gravel quarry; regenerative strategies included environmental restoration and a mixed use community for healthy work, live and play.

Visioning, master planning, and regulatory approvals for the Enclave at Nyce’s Mill. This 20 unit luxury condominium community is in historic downtown Doylestown combines quality residential units with lush native plant gardens. The collaboration with the project engineer, architect, surveyor, general contractor and land developer provided for creative solutions, value engineering, efficient and effective governmental approvals and seamless implementation.
